Our story

How it began

My name is Annie Marie and I founded CIAMI, which was born on the beaches of Bali. Like many, I was inspired by the spirit, vibrant nature, and pure beauty that Indonesia has to offer. My creative drive, sparked by the essence of this island, fueled the creation of what is now CIAMI. Our pieces reflect Bali’s rich culture and vivid energy.

Our mission

We knew we wanted to create bold, beautiful pieces that would make people’s heads turn but it wouldn’t feel right unless our products were ethically made and sustainable. In our search for an artist whose mission resonated with us, we were fortunate enough to stumble upon a small, sustainable swimwear manufacturer nestled in a local neighborhood. We’ve been working closely with a small team to consistently produce top quality swimwear with a passion for impact ever since.

Our commitment

All of the fabrics we use for our pieces are derived from recycled material with biodegradable packaging. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to be unique and of extremely high quality. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking once you place your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may contact USPS or the international carrier if there are issues. However because we love our customers and care about providing the best customer service, please reach out to us if you experience any difficulties and we will assist the best we can.

For issues with tracking or missing packages please refer to the carrier first and then send us an email at info@ciamibali.com for further assistance.

Domestic orders in the US:

Standard shipping is free for domestic orders within the United States when your purchase is $100 or more. Expect 5 business days for standard shipping. Expedite or overnight shipping is always an option for an extra fee at check out. All domestic orders under $100 cost a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping.

International orders:

We ship internationally! please refer to the options at check out for the carrier that supports your country. Calculations will be made depending on your location and choice of shipping time. expect 7+ business days for most international orders. Thank you for shopping with us ♥

Return details

Return policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 15 days for any full-priced items placed within the U.S. For all International orders, returns will be accepted and customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items. No exceptions.

The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact.

CIAMI’s Returns Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your full-price purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 15 days of receiving of your purchase.

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at CIAMI BALI's discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. CIAMI BALI cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at info@ciamibali.com.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

All content included in or made available through the CiamiBali website including the compilation of the materials, which includes, but is not limited to images, text, models, swim wear images, artwork, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade dress and downloadable materials is the exclusive property of CiamiBali and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Use of such materials is strictly prohibited and violations shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Further, the CiamiBali trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not manufactured or otherwise authorized in writing by CiamiBali, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers as to the source of the products.

CIAMIBALI.COM GIFT CARD AND E-GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    •    The CiamiBali.com Gift Card ("Gift Card") and CiamiBali e-Gift Card ("e-Gift Card") can only be used online at LSPACE.com.
    •    Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Ciami Balie and its affiliates are not responsible for lost Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.
    •    Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards will not be returnable or exchangeable for cash, except in states where required by law.
    •    Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.
    •    A Gift Card or e-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.
    •    Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card or e-Gift Card will require a credit card for the balance due.

How to Obtain Your Balance

To obtain your balance on a LSPACE.com Gift Card or e-Gift Card, please email the CiamiBali Customer Service Team email at info@ciamibali.com. Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

Orders with Gift Certificates/Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to a Digital Gift Card for your convenience. New Digital Gift Card codes will be emailed to your email address on file.

Expiration / Service Fees

CiamiBali.com Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.
